Product Description of lecithin：

This product is a powdery soybean lecithin or sunflower seed lecithin product without oil. The content is not less than 96%, and the HLB value is about 7.

Appearance oflecithin :

This product is an oil-free powdered sunflower seed phospholipid product. The raw material is derived from the concentrated phospholipid during the oil extraction process of soybean or sunflower seed. Less than 96%, HLB value is about 7, easy to absorb moisture, easy to disperse and swell in water; insoluble in acetone, soluble in n-hexane, partially soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and isopropanol.
